Well I think it looks great! If i didn't live in new jersey where pot holes are in our parking slots i would definitely go as low. Very nice...

Someone que "Low Rider"! quick!

:) Looks cool. Too low for me, 'specially with the potholes and curb-angles in this city, but it LOOKS sweet.

with these coilovers you are able to adjust the height without seriously comprimising the spring travel. the ride is nearly identical to how it was before i dropped it the rest of the way. i've always kept the damening very stiff becaus i perfer the way the car rides and handles that way. i have never bottomed out with these coilovers
if you remember the car was slammed, now its dumped.

i do show the car btw... i haven't entered it since i lost the sequence front lip but once i get my nightshadow bumper and wrap the whole car matte black, it will be ready for the shows again.

those scratches were from when the lip got ripped off, before that there was not a mark on the car; and besides the marks from the lip getting ripped off, there still aren't any :)

Looks good... But could never even think of something like that here in the chicago area, you wouldnt be able to drive down the street without something coming off the car or getting stranded on the top of some speed bump lol.

I'm against slammed vehicles personally, but to each their own. Some of the things I'm doing or have done may be frowned upon by others as well, but its my car/my choice & in the end, if this is what blaxuede likes....cool then.

With that said, let me also mention that dropping a vehicle (esp this low) will change the suspension geometry. Here are a couple of good threads that will give those interested some back ground on the effects of a drop, coil overs or shock/spring setup:

i've been driving this low since may 3rd (one week so far) and i haven't done any damage to the car.. i've scraped a few times here and their but at this height it's unavoidable lol

you just have to know how to properly navigate the roads in a slammed car :shifting:

I guess I'm just too old. I no longer have the patience to "navigate" my DD around town. If I had to spend all my time in the driver seat watching for the slightest dip or crack in the pavement, I am sure this would take all the fun out of driving. Just watching for potholes so I don't bust a wheel is already aggravating enuf.

Like has been said before...if you like it is all that matters, but it's not for me. Car looks good overall tho.
