I've checked and so far nothing... I've put a few feelers out to company's who say they can do it but I've yet to get a response.

So we have a ROM file but not sure if it is encrypted or not and if it is not, then someone needs to create definition files so that a program like OpenECU can read it. How hard can it be? lol

Yeah i know right cant be that hard lol, but i think its more of a demand for the research for our cars maybe we can all get together and make a push for an opensource tuning option and they will see there is a demand for it!!!

Im going with ProEFI on my car once the motor is finished... gonna max out the stock turbo "again" as I wait for AGP to finish their manifold setup... hopefully some other options will come out because I know not a lot of people are going to want to go the full stand alone until its atleast PNP (we are getting a harness made... but its $$$)

AGP Turbo Race FMIC, Hard Pipes & HKS SSQV, BOV Adapter/BOP, Billet Wastegate Actuator, CAI w/ Silencer Delete, Dynojet CMD, AGP 750CC Injectors, AGP O2 Housing/Cat Delete, Kevin@AGP Tune and some "Weldy" Lovin!

When i owned my evo 9 there were plenty of guys including myself useing ECU flash with 35r's and had no issues ( Chris@Mellon tuning for example) he has a 600whp stock ecu evo, and did not need to go to a full standalone unit. I dont think people would drop that kind of money unless its the only thing that will be avaiable hopefully this will not be the case!

We need someone in the Portland, OR area to jump on this ASAP if we are to ever have hopes of getting an open source tuning solution for the Genesis community!

A couple of guys that worked on the evo rom are beginning work on it once they meet up with a member of another forum to test some stuff on his car. Best guess is 1 year out for some kind of user tunable flash solution. They've already been able to open the rom and find a few tables but still have lots of work to do.

I wouldnt hold my breath

The lack of a "reliable and decent" tune that I can accept was the one fact that made it even better that I sold my car...

I'm fine with it taking as long as it has to, because I'm not selling my car....ever. In the mean time, I will pick up a PA or SFR along with CMD if necessary. I'm not giving up.
