Need some help with head lights

Hey guys i need your help. I took my car to walmart the other day to have the winter tires installed, and when my wife drove it a couple nights later she noticed her headlights were acting funny. Well, after some research i found out about the leveling sensor on the HIDs. She said they acted like they were shining straight down at the ground?? I was lost, so i went to looking and noticed that apparently Walmart had torn off all the wires going to the sensor! I mean every one of them. So with that being said, i am going to have to replace the harness. Can someone tell me if their available or do i just have to go to the dealer and buy one from them? Just need some help with it please.

Unless you repair the wiring yourself or have it repaired, you would have to get the harness and/or sensor from the dealer.
