I'm actually surprised they allowed that. They wouldn't do that for me for two reasons:

1) All the TSBs were from HMA and they needed Canadian ones (even though HMA TSBs work their way to Canada eventually)

2) Even if the TSBs were Canadian, they're not allowed to apply them unless you're actually suffering from the problems the TSBs fix and can prove it. They wouldn't just apply all relevant updates to my car; I'd have to come back each time I experienced an issue.

As result, I still haven't been able to get the ECU update, even though it's been proven to work on, and provide benefits for, automatic transmissions.

Yeah TSBs are actually designed for when you are experiencing the concern, but alot dealerships will take care of them if they apply to that vehicle.
