I have a 2011 coupe and the automatic climate control doesn't seem to work. If I set it on 70 (or any temperature), the temperature in the cabin only gets down to about five degrees above the set temperature. (I can get it colder if I operate the system manually.) The service department says that "it's working as intended". I'm wondering if this is just a Hyundai A/C flaw or does anyone else have this problem?

How are you measuring to know what temps you are hitting inside?
