Once a your problem has been corrected...

I just want to ask everyone that has problems with their Genesis to please go back to their thread & post what the correction is that had to be done to resolve the problem you had, that way others with a similar problem will know what to do or how to approach it.

Thanks

Great idea. That way you don't need to read 10 pages of theory to get to the solution.

Back in new member intro,s, I mentioned thqt the nav unit in the car did not have XM nav traffic capability. I was mad because reviews talked about the feature, I went thru XM, corporate and 2 dealerships to check if it was true and they all ended up saying sorry but no nav traffic for the unit. I decided to forget it rather than change out the unit for newer version. When I renewed XM after the trial limit, I asked again about nav traffic and......guess what, they said the radio id was on their list for that capability. I added it and lo and behold, nav traffic works. Solution was to just wait until XM trial period was over.....or until everyone figured out what was what.
