Default KPR O2 Housing pipe and Downpipe near completion!

Hey Everyone!

We at KP Race Engineering are nearing completion on our O2 housing pipe and downpipe with secondary cat-delete for the Genesis coupe 2.0T. Expect to see our O2 housing pipes and downpipes for sale as early as next week!

Both our O2 housing pipe and downpipe are constructed out of full 3” 304-stainless steel (USA grade) and use a stainless flex pipe. Every piece is hand tig-welded and made in house within the USA. O2 housing pipes will contain a built-in O2 simulator that keeps check engine light from coming on. The second cat O2 sensor bung was also relocated to a more accessible position for easier access. Downpipes include a secondary cat-delete, eliminating the factory catalytic converter and provides excellent ground clearance. The total weight of the both the O2 housing pipe and downpipe is drastically lighter due to the thin wall stainless steel construction and the factory piece being made of cast iron. Each pipe will be available individually or as a package deal. All necessary gaskets and hardware for install will be included with every purchase.

Dyno numbers and video will be posted sometime next week.

Keep in mind this is our first prototype.

PM, Call, or Email us for pre-orders!

Hey Guys!

Just got back from dynoing our Downpipe and O2 Housing. Here's the numbers we put down. Keep in mind this was done on stock boost, with the factory intercooler, factory exhaust and with our intake kit.

Dyno video with stock exhaust system

Downpipes are now for sale and O2 housing pipes will be available soon!

Very nice numbers and excellent looking product! Do you guys plan to utilize this same o2 pipe and mid pipe with any turbo upgrades in the future or is this a stock only system? Again, excellent presentation and execution guys, top-notch professional stuff from KPR ftw!

Thanks for the feedback and great questions! Yes, we plan on using both our O2 housing pipe and our downpipe when we upgrade the turbo and the catback exhaust system. Our 3" pipes should support 500whp with no problems.

Nice! So by the looks of the o2 pipe and midpipe, I'd bet you guys made it modular to be able to just change out the o2 section for that monster turbo? Any plans as far as the unit you guys plan to use yet (garrett, mitsu, etc)?

We will be building the engine in the near future for a pump gas friendly 500whp setup , the lower pipe will bolt up to our turbo kit with a new o2 pipe, and garrett will be the turbo of choice

Kevin, you guys at KPR are continuing to impress me. I like this down pipe & it's dyno graph alot. Keep up the good work & I'm already considering you for some of my mods. Thanks.
