I am looking into getting one but I have never installed one before. Without any other mods is it easier to do a mechanical or electronic gauge? Also, does anyone know the easiest way to route the tube or wire into the cabin? What are your guys' thoughts ... and recommendations on a gauge also? I see Buschur has some mechanical ones with a stick on gauge housing. That seems straight forward - says they are mechanical and comes with tubing and a tee fitting. Does the fitting just split an already existing pressure line or do you need to do some custom fabrication (if anyone knows)? Thanks in advance. |

I think I would either go with an electrical or go with an obdII type gauge like greddy informeter.

I'm running a dual 2 stage manual boost controller that I've already purchased, but waiting to install later down the road. I have never installed one either, because this is my 1st boosted car.
I can't decide if I want to just use the Aeroforce gauge or use a seperate gauge for boost readings.

![]() I like this AFR gauge AMS reviews the New AEM Analog UEGO Wideband Gauge so I was thinking of maybe getting an AEM boost gauge to match like AEM Power 30-4406 - AEM Power Digital Display Gauges then Aeroforce scan OBII scan gauge to track the rest

I'm curious about it too. Lovefab seems to praise it. And with a lot of their work, I wouldn't doubt their recommendation.

from what I read some people just say it suck and they sold theirs or knew somebody that didn't like it. But there are a lot more people that like it and says it works good. you just have to read around other forums of other cars and there are people discussing it. you cant set certain levels of boost for each gear is what somebody said, but you can set a low and high boost pressure to it... I'm still debating if i should get it, i guess I'll decide when someone comes out with a gauge pod or something.....
