Nice list, I wasn't aware that you were taking yours that far..... props

I'm new to turbos, so my input would be limited & based off of other's experiences. So far I'm sticking with my orignal pick HTA3076R, but it would require a bottom end build. If you want to run stock internals I would upgrade the factory turbo charger internals, being careful not to turn the boost up too high & be sure to get the tune just right.

I dont want to go to crazy. I need to drive it everyday. I might hold off on the Turbo till someone comes out with a better head.

Beyond Redline for the head, they're working on packages as we speak. Nice list man, add some better trans fluid to the first stage to compliment all the new trans goods if you haven't swapped out the stock skunk piss already. What are your goals with the turbo upgrade? If you're not looking to dive into the motor, I would recommend getting the stock turbo machined/ported with a larger compressor wheel (19t perhaps) as well as upgrading the wastegate. The 19t upgrade should net a phenomenal powerband, quick spool, and max out around 345-350whp with proper supporting mods. I would recommend 320-330whp as the "safe" limit with, of course, proper supporting modifications on the stock bottom end. If you plan on getting into the motor, again, Beyond Redline is working up some SICK packages with core exchanges for those who can't have their car down for extended periods of time. Just remember, to those who mod cheap, problems will surely creep!

What Trans Fluid do you recommend?
As far as turbo goes, I'm not sure. I know stage 1 mods will carry though to stage 2, so it really depends on how well all the mods perform. Everything is subject to change. It all depends on if and when the GC stops being my DD

I know this is directed toward Geoman, but I think he will concur that Redline MTL90 or a cocktail mix 50/50 RedLiine 75w90 & MTL90 will be a top choice for fluid switch, although Eric from RMR spoke up & said the Royal Purple they have been using in their cars has alot better feel & is holding up pretty good to their abuse.

+1...on everything is subject to change, my list changes often...LoL

As far as gear oil, I'm using a 50/50 mix of full synthetic Redline Shockproof 75w90 and Redline MT-90 fluid. The shockproof is supposed to act like 75w250 as far as surface traction so I'm hoping that will make the gears feel a little more buttery versus so stiff.
