Looks like they've made some progress.

"We are on the Dyno Thursday night at 7pm! We have had to work out a few bugs with the cmd and E85! That's right she has been running strong on E85 for about 2 weeks now! As far as the people that have placed orders, no one has been charged, we are just waiting on materials. I am hoping we can ship by the end of next week! Thanks for the continued support we will be off and running very soon!

Thanks,
Andy"

I'll post up the numbers once they release them. E85 + Evo turbo should make for some good numbers. Not sure if the car they're using still has stock everything else or not but I think it does so I would imagine 325ish to the wheel should be doable.

Their new kit includes braided steel oil/water lines that are designed to work with both evo 8/9 turbos.

Looks like they ended up making some good power. Especially if you consider it's OEM intake, downpipe, and intercooler. Swap those for better flowing parts and I bet he's be looking at 350+whp. They did use E85 though.

"How do 336whp and 300wtq at 22 psi sound?"

"There's more power from this setup. We tuned with a CMD and had no issues at all!!

After a LOT of consecutive pulls the clutch slipped a bit and we left it there cause this is still my daily driver. As soon as I can get some more time and money, power will go up.

Also consider that my car has factory intake with K&N drop in filter, no hard pipes or intercooler upgrade, and stock down pipe(only the o2 housing was replaced)"

Here's the dyno sheets from their runs on e85 and about 22psi peak. Pretty impressive, IMO.

i reached almost 400whp on my evo 8 turbo with all the bolt-ons. This sounds right up my ally, and even better because i have injectors and a evo 8 turbo just hanging around.....

You need to see a baseline before you can say they are impressive numbers. Buschur Racings' dyno reads extremely low, and others are generously high. So to just look at a finished dyno run number with no initial baseline, I think the total power is just thrown up for show and sell. I would like to know what a stock car dynoed on the one posted.

I agree with dboz on all accounts, but would imagine 300whp/tq would be doable with the Evo turbo, bolt-ons & tune on 93 octane.

A very good engine builder once told me, "If you break her in soft, she'll only like it soft; if you break her in hard, she'll scream every time you go for a ride." So that's how I see it.

Turbo cars are like hot women. A little edgy, every guy wants one, some guys can't handle them, and if you throw a little alcohol in them they'll rock your world
