I had asked another seller about a similar item and they said:
" You need to machine bearing housing plate for larger wheel's exducer diameter. other parts can be reused." Xaviar turbo (not a very big name, I think it's a DBA of an overseas company?) will have a full bolt on TD04HL-19T out in about 3 weeks. Beyond Redline is also looking at a 19T upgrade for their Stage 3 upgrade as well. I think there's going to be a bunch of options in the coming weeks, which should work out perfect timing for me. Unless GenJuice wants to part with his sooner... Hint Hint ![]() From what I've gathered the 19T upgrade should hit full boost a few hundred rpm after the 13T but will be able to reach 300whp. A few WRX guys have gotten 310whp out of an AWD 19T setup so 300-325 on our cars should be easy to get with supporting mods. Last edited by Tufast; 03-25-2010 at 03:14 PM. |

Im okie with that, i know some good machinists around here beats paying $$$$$ for a new turbo, rebuild with a larger compressor and then save for a big turbo/internals. On the other side the TD04 19T is one of the cheaper Turbo's to find

I called around to a couple of performance shops around here to see who they used for their turbo work but one said Forced Performance and the other Blouch. Called a few machine shops and none of them did turbo work spefically so I wouldn't want to risk it myself. I wish we had more resources for performance stuff here...
