Exclamation *READ* What goes here

This is a place for reviewing and reporting on dealerships and your experiences with them. Did you get some exceptionally great customer service? Got a great deal on a Genesis Sedan or Coupe? Want to recomjmend a Sales person? or were you denied a warranty claim because you installed some fuzzy dice? Let us know. Hopefully if the dealerships are aware we are talking about them they will have more incentive to provide us all with the best service possible.

Dealership Employee(s) your worked with:
Reason for visiting dealership (Buying, Repair work, Test Drive, etc)
Rate Overall Experiece (rate from 1-5, 1 being lowest):

The Bomb

My service dept is the bomb, that's because I run it. I don't manage it though, don't care for that responsibility. I'm a service advisor, therefore I advise. I've been at this for 10yrs & at the same place, so I'm not out trying to screw you. I want your money today, but I want you coming back in the future & spending money so I can eat then too. I may not tell you what you want to hear, but it will be the truth, like it or not. Anybody can brag on themselves, so I encourage anyone that's in driving distance & is considering my dealership for their svc needs to come in, sit in the waiting room, & just start talking to my customers to get the real truth about how I conduct business. I can't please everyone all the time, but I come damn close & my customer satisfaction survey numbers show that
