Seems to be a common theme among most vendors. Announce a new product, then never deliver.ARK Seems to be the biggest violator of this

Sorry for the delayed response, we are currently waiting for the fiberglass sample so that we may begin our test fitting to be perfect. We expect the sample to arrive early next week. Once the fitting has been completed, we can expect to receive shipments of the finished product a week after. Again, we apologize for not keeping you guys informed throughout this process. We will make sure to post any new updates as soon as possible.

I don't like how this is going down. How would ARK like it if you guys received the part and waited 3 months to pay the other 50%?

Ark won't ship a part without being paid in full. So to your statement, it isn't possible. YET Ark has asked for $$$ 3+ months ago.

We are working very hard to get our products perfected, and we apologize for dragging out this process longer than we expected. It was reported that other companies had sold grills that were not particularly fitted to customers' liking, which is why we, at ARK, are doing everything possible to provide a flawless product on the first try. We would gladly offer a full refund on the deposits. Please understand that the reason we sought a 50% deposit was to secure your price far below MSRP, to offer our first batch to you at a discounted rate. Once again, we apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused. I will personally keep you guys updated on the status of the Grille.
