Video Game: RMR Genesis Coupe
Got an email today from Rhys Millen. Looks like the RMR show car will be used in a video racing game. He did not provide me which video game or who made the game but did say that it was going to be only one of two drift cars in the game. Attached is a photo of the show car being prepped for the digitizing into the video game. Should be pretty cool to see a souped up Genesis Coupe in Xbox360s, PS3s, Wiis everywhere.

+1. Hell yeah! I hope it turns out to be a quality game, because this could be good not only for Genesis and RMR but maybe even bring some much needed publicity to FD and drifting.

I would put my money on it being the new need for speed game since all the Formula D cars are running that need for speed decal on there windshields this season. The other major games comming out are Forza 3 and Grand Tourismo 5.
They must have really changed the show car, last time I seen it the interior was stock and the windows were all tinted. it looks like the drift car now.

NFS shift looks pretty good, but what is up with this points system and leveling up? Why are there things popping up on the screen? I thought this was a sim. That kind of stuff belongs in arcade racing games.

I like Need for Speed games but they tend to get repetitive quick.
I have both a Xbox 360 and a PS3. Im really pumped for Forza 3. The GT series are good but they always leave something to be desired in my opinion. Forza allows you to make the cars YOURS. Lots of upgrades and what not.
